No Refunds for Completed Services

All astrology services, including but not limited to personalized readings, consultations, horoscopes, and reports, are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges.
  • If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties during a session (e.g., internet or video call issues), please contact us at . We may offer to reschedule the session, but refunds will not be provided.

Duplicate Payments

In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical or transactional error, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed after verification.

Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill your order or deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
